VPass is a paper sign-in book replacement - a visitor registration and management system which enables you to keep track of who is visiting your school.

Use as many iPad or Android devices as you like on a single account. Plus have visitors sign in at a QR Code posters with their phone (great for special events).

Access your visitor info and configure the setup online. Create your Forms and Visitor Types to get the info you need. Gather photo, signature, car registration, display T&Cs etc.

Visitor Types could include: contractor, late pass, early leave, parent, supplier, cleaner etc. (you choose).

Plus, receive email notifications when a visitor signs in and brand VPass with your logo.

In case of a building evacuation, the VPass Emergency App allows you to ensure all visitors are present and accounted for using a mobile device.
